OK I've had my brain fluid and I'll see if I've done my calcs right.

SHARES

* current shares on issue 124.90M
* shares to Argonaut insts etc 72.00M
* shares to BlueCrest 42.86M
* shares to RNI s'holders(1 for 4) 31.22M

This will make a total of 270.98M on issue.

OPTIONS (to buy 1 share at 60c by 1/6/13)

* Argonaut people 14.40M
* BlueCrest 8.57M
* Current RNI holders 25.00M

This will make a total of 47.97M options which, if all converted , will produce $28.78M.

Right or wrong? What does it all mean?

I would appreciate opinions. BTW the company will apply to have the options listed on the ASX.
