In the context of, and for the most part, a psychological level of where the "smart money" had decided to be a low risk entry.
If LAMP approval goes pear shaped or Euro collapses then all bets are off. I actually just opened a short position on the dow today, thinking in the short term markets will be uneasy regarding Greece and Portugal debt issues rearing up again.
Still bullish though for 2012
