Two years ago the media was in denial and the positive spin articles were still out and about. Now that there is a small change in prices they want to make out like the australian public has done it tough and the bounce they were waiting for has come.. que picture of house rocketing to the sky..

Could this be due to the first home owner grant ending in NSW on Jan 1, which in turn has helped push up the national average price. I think so.
