I know where you are coming from re speculation and under normal circumstances I would say exactly the same. I think we both agree that this is no longer normal circumstances.

While this speculation may have seemed a little unproductive and just last month was generally considered to be heresy herein, I feel that broadly the majority now have a more realistic recognition of where things are really at since it has been discussed. I'm not here to tell anybody to give up because because I'd rather go down with the ship than let it be taken from us without a fight but we must be honest with ourselves about what appears to be happening even if we don't yet know the full details.

As I've said before, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck I'm going to consider that it is likely to be a duck even if somebody looks me in the face and says its a peacock.

I haven't got all the answers and if I did I would freely give them as I have my interpretations thus far. I don't believe that as a small group of holders we have much at all to lose by speculating based on the known facts. I have however seen situations whereby small investors were caught completely unaware by procedings that some suffered much worse than they would have done if better prepared and more informed about the possibilities in advance.

I have no idea now as to how to salvage our investment since the votes were recently passed but I do feel that after conversing with you guys for a number of years that the toll on some honest hard working investors would be more than just financial after all this time.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. More importantly lets keep the b!@#$@%s honest.
