tomk, very interesting info. I have stopped spending my profits temporarily until the contents of the next announcement are known.
The ARM issue has never been about money. They claim to have entitlement to 50% and wont budge on that. Technical issues arose when NKP offered Anglo money to process and sell the ore on our behalf(and take a cut). This satisfied Anglo.
However it left ARM with nothing. And no simple way to cut them in on the deal. A buyout seems the only option from a technical viewpoint. But they want 50% and they value it higher than its current value considering it isn't in production.
ARM meet BEE requirements. So I'd like to see Anglo give up the right to appeal in exchange for processing $$$ and ARM give up their right in exchange for 15% equity in NKP. That would also allow Genorah an opportunity to sell down or have shares cancelled without infringeing BEE requirements.
Then raise $3mil via options for general expenses.
