lomoa option buying?

There is a big buyer or two buying up the lomoa dec 2013 2 cent options as of late.
With the heads trading at 0.008 cents it is a bit of a surprise to me and there can only be two reasons for this,holders are selling heads to buy twice as many options or someone plans to take up a major holding in the company.
I would not be surprised if there is a small rush for some of the shortfall as you could make 20% profit at the moment.
The interest in the options shows confidence in the company and I have seen this many times before where a move is made on the options before a spike in the heads.
