Holdings total about 1.5% of issued shares. Jason has had several opportunities to mention this to me. The only ones he would have discussed this with are his mates.

I am supprised they would support the SOA as even they have paid more than what the offer is worth.

Last SOA I was involved with resulted in a higher offer before they could get 75% support. I think this will be the same but SLR will still be getting a bargain. Great area around Ravensthorpe. Kundip has a lot of promise with some cash to accelerate exploration.

I won't be sorry to see the end of this management and board. The writing was on the wall when Steve was ousted 12 months ago.
