they are used to pertain to a question as most of your posts leave them wide open - but no doubt they draw the thumbs by the truckload as they only paint rainbows.
the exact point you where trying to make with your post was unclear personally I'd take the words you used "initiation of Phase 2 trial" as implying it was to commence.
Simonjb - yes they did pretty well there with the 6 month bracket alot quicker than many others, hopefully they follow suit this time around.
