If the consolidation is 10:1 and it is trading at 0.002, the shares will become 2c right...
Soooo if it opened at 0.008 and you paid 0.002 you'd be loosing more like 60%, even if it consolidated at 0.001>0.01 since you would have already lost 50% from the 0.002 to 0.001 drop previously.
But - I have a strong feeling they will want this at at least 0.003 post consolidation, after all, it won't take much more than $100K to do that as of yesterdays market depth at close.
