TZN will survive by selling it's Zinc prospect in the Middle East to someone like Xstrata. This will give them enough cash to reduce debt and repair the balance sheet. It will probably hold onto the other prospect in SA, but work on it slowly.

If the above does not happen, they are probably terminal. Waiting for the Zinc price to improve to restore the companies fortunes is a "do nothing" strategy by management. Remember, another GFC could occur like in late 2008 and metal prices could plummet. TZN will then be bankrupt.
