Hi twinpeaks....not sure if I am reading your post incorrectly...but you mentioned... "It would seem counterintuitive for a biotechnology index to require trial success before they will allow a company to list."
Are you suggesting that PRR has applied, as part of their nasdaq listing, to be listed in the biotechnology index?
To list in this index one of the requirements is that the company has a minimum market cap of $200 mil.
If this is the case then this maybe is the reason we have not listed as yet.
I thought the application was to list on the nasdaq, and not specifically in the index.
