Hey Rebel, just a question. Do you think the Italian migrants from the early 1900's dressed like aussies and spoke English.

I somewhat doubt it, but I bet their kids and grand kids do.

don't expect them when they arrive here, but do expect them to before receiving Australian citizenship.

You can't get a tradesman certificate until you have learned to do the job.

Nurses, doctors, pilots,accountants and etc..

You do not get the certificate first in most things until you qualify.

No fluent English, No Australian Citizenship.
