Ausheds - If Mega can,t float on its own (we have no clue what assets it owns)then it could merge with a "...listed entity with which Mega merges..."

Crucial is what value M. claims for its intangible assets & its claimed lithium interests.

If somebody underwrote a IPO ie bought any unsold shares,we wld. end up with our Uley owned by a listed Canadian coy. controlled by Mega people & the underwriter & no market for our shares as proved by the failed float

Mega will have to come up with something a lot better than that.
