"What percentage of the corporate world own Gold??"

Very few, and for very good reasons.

If I owned shares in a corporate (not in the gold business) and I found out that they were buying gold, I would sell the stock immediately. Not necessarily because I thought gold was a bad investment, but because the company had plainly lost focus and was redirecting capital away from its core business.

Do you want the whole stock market to become one big bet on the price of gold? That would be a world gone mad!
