Just a basic question. They want to delist BRM if they can, and merge everything into WNI. Why then has WNI not announced the appointment as well?

Maybe it's WN's intention to consolidate the personnel from both groups, but it seems remiss not to announce it on WNI-ASX. Unless of course it is WN's intention to on-sell BRM as a going concern - in that case it may not be material to WNI - anyhow who really know what the hell is going on? No one does, ergo the current share price.
