"The Independent Directors are directors who are not nominees of, nor suggested to Brockman by Wah Nam"

Really?

Mr Beckwith and Mr Luk are both directors on Wah Nam's board if I'm not mistaken! ( Beckwith is Wah Nam International Australia ) How can there NOT be a conflict of interest in recommending we accept the takeover offer!

Meanwhile, look at this line in the PerthNow paper!!

"That will be after Wah Nam International wraps up its current takeover bit for Brockman, with the Hong Kong outfit currently holding a 57.67 per cent stake."

Bit optimistic isn't it??
