This one is Prof. Dr. Dr.Knut Löschke (sic - don't miss the second doctor) - who hasn't been near climate science his whole life. From what I gather started off in solid state physics but left that in the mid 1980s, to set up a computer software company, which he's been doing ever since. He's now on the board of the German Railways so he probably did alright with his computer business.
But clearly he's too dumb to be able to read the technical stuff you can understand.
