Malaysia is 2 hours behind AUS or so ...and as stated by the AELB, the Lynas "decision" will come from the AELB as part of their Monday meeting.

They are open during the following times on a Monday below

    Mon - Thu:
    8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 - 4:30pm

So say 10:30am AUS time until aboput 6:30pm AUS time.

One would guess the meeting will take place between these times?

ALEB have stated that a decision "may not" be made on the actual day moreso because of timing, however if there is this proposed injunction by the anti Lynas brigade, then I will make the prediction that the AELB will make their decision on the day.

One could assume that if one were to go to the bother of filing a suit or injunction on LYNAS and others, then it would make sense to at least have the decison made on the actual plant first, wouldnt it, or am I just nuts?

Why put an injunction on a plant that is not actually approved anyway? kind of looks silly in court I would think, hence why I think they know the decision will come Monday.

I wouldnt think the injunction would be filed until such time as the AELB come out and say approved. I have a feeling the anti lynas group already know a decision will be made Monday or very soon after, hence pre-empted themselves to the media as to their intentions to get attention before an approval.

AELB would like to make their own decision imo and not have the public 2000 page stop them from their duty unless of course any of the pages have factual evidence to the contrary of professionals trained in this type of resource, which I would highly doubt.

My guess is that LYC will get an approval swiftly.

Then the fun and games will begin, but in the end it will all be fluff, however it does carry some more weight as to why LYC went and got more funding now, if you put two and two together.

Im sure LYC knew what was coming and have prepared for it.

Lastly, I noticed that in the hands of the anti lynas meeting looked what may seem to be the LYNAS submission?

If this is correct, then one would ask whether the anti lynas people have in fact breached any trade secret acts?

Anyway, just my thoughts on the matter.

    back to my Johny Blue.
