Whilst I agree, that's not necessarily the case as they could go into suspension...a trading halt generally comes first, then if the company requires more time they go into suspension.

While I don't think it WILL suspend, as companies usually trade as normal while there are court proceedings, the possibility can't be completely ruled out.
