There seems to be a concern in the market about the usage of the albion method to extract the fine gold elements of Konkers north and east, hence today little panic attack .
The concern in unwarranted , let me explain why.
Firstly , the bulk of the gold will be extracted using conventional CIP and gravity methods.
The remainder will be extracted using an albion extraction process/plant , bring recoveries up to 95%.
If gold is fine, you can float the gold off to form a float concentrate, and then do a fine grind on a much reduced mass pull, to achieve desired recoveries. When a project is big enough, anything is possible ,as long as the gold and grades are there. It's when projects are too small or not robust enough that issues like that become something to worry about.
That is not the case here.
