that's one of the great things about NCO gizard - it doesn't have to be pumped too hard because it's quite tight & it's not as though the projects don't justify a substantially higher share price.
the stock is 17/17.5 on volume of 226K as i write - not even $40K worth of stock - that's not much money.
as i wrote a few days ago, NCO is being slowly soaked up. at different levels more volume will come out but how much already? even if it's 1m shares, that's not a lot of money.
