AVA wrote the coal holdings in Botswana off in their last annual report. Effectively gave it zero worth.
You can check yourself, its in the annual report.
So yes they did say the coal was worth nought.
Why did I buy AVA? Because they weren't all eggs in one basket. They have the coal play as their third play and are only now revisiting due to this roadmap.
Plus with all that said they are miles ahead and one of the frontrunners to secure government tender should pieces fall into place.
If not nothing lost, seeing as its worth zero in their books.
