This is not even a drop in the ocean!!
But psychologically annoying because of punter's perception and conspiracy theories.
Probably a genuine mistake...

This offer appears to have been made to the "very inner circle" and will be very closely held!
So in summary...
None of this should effect the trading price...
Expect a new surge toward 4c and and beyound in the next few days.
