Trying to understand the resources (cash perspective) of RND and TBR as it appers individuals from these two companies are responsible for the legal stoush with ERA.
RND latest quarterly looks like they are down to $1mill cash which would no doubt being siphoned somewhere before the ship sinks.
TBR has suffered a $8mill cash drawdown the last quarter alone. It has $4 mill still in the bank, yet has projected next quarter costs to come in at around $11mill.
Can some enlighten me? What is going on here? Feathering of nests? EMA has $8 in the kitty so has resources to fight on legally ...
