CCP or other companies may be able to "recruit highly motivated graduates with relevant experience in manila".
However, how long will it be before these graduates realise they can be paid a lot more than $5K p.a. in a whole stack of other countries and fly the coup?
Sure, the short term fundamentals make sense but the long term quality of service and the business may deteriorate once their best staff seek a more commensurate salary for their skills and education.
