    After reading the second bidders statement from APA I am more confident than ever that this TOTALLY INADEQUATE offer for HDF will be rejected. I also believe that the major holders like ORBIS,WESTPAC,& DIRECTORS will view this likewise. As mentioned before, if APA are serious then a starting point would be $2-20
