    I do not know for a fact the the http://www2.isda.org/
    decides what is a default in these instances.

    I see two outcomes, one where the debt holders get shafted and one where the 5 US banks have to compensate the debt holders.
    The question is what is the effect??? Bear in mind this is only Greece at the moment. What an absolute mess hey?
