Yes maybe a bit harsh but AKK have a number of times reiterated how happy they are to now be in partnership with BPT as they have rigs operating in the cooper capable of doing the job.
All that they would be talking about is a date and well control factors as well as possibly changing the focus of the well to test some unconventional horizons.
It is certainly not the case that a JV is no longer in place. AKK own 100% of 105 until the JV partner fulfill there side of the bargain
