It means they don't have the cash to continue doing what they did last quarter. To the naked eye.
Of course they have not sold any gold yet and doing so would allow them to continue ramping up. But your average investor may not realise that part as they do not say as much in the quarterly.
All I'm saying is you may get a chance to buy some more shares on the cheap as people may believe we're heading toward a capital raising. I hope this is the opposite of course but todays trade will decide that.
