Bingy they are digging towards the reefs/ore not away from them, once they hit them perhaps most of the other development processes required not needed reducing costs, would not go as far as saying saving 50% and whats writtten mostly likey will blow out but it's not huge cost although nice if they can keep a tight reign on costs.
In how do you know the company? work for them or had worked for them or live in the district?
