IMO, we can see there are too many XT trade in the transactions since yesterday when SP forced to push down. There are two possibilities in this case. Due to Qtr report, People assumed that M&D case will not participate in NTMA case and it will takes further court hearing and it will take longer to resolved and start sell down and lock the profit or Instos got some smell of M&D case will participate in NTMA case on 10th Feb when NTMA court case settled by both parties so they are shaking the trees before Ann out on 10Feb. Anyhow, NTMA case is most likely settled on 10th Feb then the M&D case will settled sooner or later IMO. Both parties will not settled only one case for nothing and fighting for another case is no sense for me. They will definitely drop the case as well. Hold on guys.
