Hi Niqo -- while I understand your enthusiasm, I am truly amazed by the anxious worrying about whether or not the POL or TOL will issue. It is obvious an dhas been obvious for months that it would issue. The question is not whether or not it will issue, but what conditions it will be subject to and how that may affect the SP especially if there are stringent limits on production...
