Dear Mr Hains, dear Mr Tachas

I am sure to write on behalf of many shareholders and therefore I would like to ask you to inform us shareholders about any progress since last year, especially about the financing and start of Phase 2 ATL 1103.

Even if you can't give us details because the negotiations are still in progress we would be happy to hear from our company that everything is progressing well or not.

But leaving us in the dark is not an example of a good relationship between a company and its shareholders.
