commsec lvr 40% margin lending, page-4

    I think I have it sussed Agros, the 40% LVR owes to the new Commsec portfolio LVR system. Basically, Commsec likes my portfolio diversification and lets me borrow against my NEN. It is not available if you hold NEN alone or your portfolio doesn't pass the Commsec 'balance' tests.. Its funny cos my overweight NEN position doesn't really pass my own tests!!
