Access to super is staggered based on your age.
Baby boomers, like myself can access is from the age of 55 years. Depends which year you were born. If you were born in 1959/60 you can draw it at age 55 years. From there it rises year on year until you reach the current restrictions.
No one aged above 55 years today is prevented from accessing their preserved benefits.
