It kills the interest from the smaller players, usual excuse you see when a company wants to consolidate is to attract more institutional interest, almost every time ive seen a consolidation the stock goes down or fails to attract the same interest it had before consolidation & the insto interest never appears, unless they have a very significant project, are in production or its a larger company, its also how investors think, where you can see a stock go from .10 to $1 but its hard to see a stock go from $1 to $10 even though the value is still the same, RSL which I hold done a consolidation & lost 90% since lost 6 figures on that, try & find 10 stocks that have consolidated & there sp is significantly higher since, then try & find 10 stocks that have fallen apart since consolidation more then likely you will find the 10 stocks that have fallen rather then risen, it simply doesnt work & is a market killer, really the last thing id want to see SIH do atm, anyway enough consolidation talk management might just read this thread & work out how to get rid of us all lol
