My thoughts on the silica.
Why wouldnt we float stand alone Silica mining company.Existing share holders issued 50% of shares in IPO other 50% to the market, money raised used to establish mine etc.
My take on corporate structure is this new floated Silica company will take a minority stake in the Smelter Co, something like 5% this is what was hinted at 12 months ago when talking to Ben, but a lot can change in 12 months.
