Gee I hope you got your body ready for this over the last week or so.
remember fruit juice is mainly sugar
also blending does remove/destroy some vitamins etc.
vegetable juice is better, red cabbage good for keeping the doctor away :-)
by the way drink plenty of water (due to osmosis) and
get some massage done and
silent time, meditation if you are into it).
