As far as I know Nippon (Itochu - same thing) only have KAH shares until now.
The big question is who did they buy them from and why? Maybe JP Morgan or CityCorp? But it wont stop RIO (or others) handing EXT over to CGNPC once CGNPC have control of KAH - they only need 8% of EXT once they have 51% of KAH.
