It is a Biotech norm that it WILL BE and HAD TO BE a pharma to make licensing and partnering deals with Biotech companies.
Similar to TEVA on ATL1102.
Pfizer on EXC001
Genzyme on Mipomersen
Biogen Idec on Isis-SMN
It is only looked misleading to you if you don't see the difference or make no difference in any of the info available.
