    Thoughts on possible implications for the JV GSA:
    * current one terminated? If so, on what basis?
    * legal issues changed?
    * is the new GSA signed only between Apache and Burrup?
    * etc.

    Apache currently operates the Harriet joint venture, which supplies gas to the Burrup plant. The gas sale agreement generated by Mr Oswal, which has been in place for the past decade, was based on a gas price of 96 cents per gigajoule with scope for gradual increases.

    Apache's Australia region vice president Thomas Maher said a new GSA was signed with Burrup in November.
