Yaqona you are right once Tinkler was on the register with 19% it would be a strategic blocking stake.
The last thing the directors wanted is in 6 months time to be given script offer in his grand Whitehaven-Aston merger at around current levels. EOC will prove to have higher value projects by the end of CY12. Moreover, we haven't even started on our key coking coal targets - Talwood and Pretoria Hill. I find it very interesting that CLR have expectations of increasing their JORC resource to circa 500mt this year.
