Darkie - strong management is definitely the key to ARO's development, and a higher share price. Unfortunately there is no evidence of strong management in fact I haven't seen any evidence of management/leadership/direction in any form for many years, in my opinion the Gutnick's were the last to demonstate any leadership!

19/10/07 ARO hit 0.05, management changed hands and the best we have seen since is 0.04 6 months later the rest has been downhill with regular very large issues for cash raising to pay salaries and administrative costs, aquisitions that have gone nowhere, bugger all exploration, negligible communication to holders, promises and a current share price languishing aroud 0.002-0.003

In my humble opinion it's about time we got rid of the top and invested in a team that will LEAD from the front, I hope our new director from Mineral Sands is just that person else sack the lot and bring back the Gutnick's.
