re: Ann: Coretrack To Sue For Unlawful IP Lic... Took a punt for a trade at 2c although haven't kept up with goings on recently.
Bought these at ipo but Nanne was overpromise and under deliver. Held on and off for over 3 years but not in recent months. Always insider movement and got burnt on Imdex deal collapse.
Get the feeling same thing is happening with the new faces. Is the super rig quite as super as it was made out to be?
Who owns the $16m worth of gear and what's it really worth?
Do CKK own the rig and WS owns the IP?
Any ideas what's happening with the $2m outstanding convertibles that are due to expire and who holds them?
Seems to be a lot of WarrenStrangelove on the threads but is it the rig that's the problem?
Didn't Warren walk out on the last mob he was building the GT3000 with and join CKK when the other mob were slow with funding?
What we got left?
$5m cap
$2m convertibles (converted into shares or repayable?)
$4m cash approx at qtrly
Will note holders push sp lower for conversion?
seemed a decent punt at 2c
