The acquisition was made through our wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Nippon Uranium Resources (Australia) Pty Ltd. We also acquired stake of approx. 14% in Kalahari Minerals plc, which is the leading shareholder of Extract Resources. The Husab Mine, which is located in Namibia, is one of the world's largest. A feasibility study is currently underway and uranium production is expected to commence in 2013 or 2014.
