The company was offered $10k per day to dry hire the rig. On what terms would the company have liked WS to secure a contract for the company from an unknown O/S company? WS took out all the risk for them.
Sure, some assurity should be required however they said they wanted $10m guarantee that allowed them to take it if rent was late. They then make such a personal commentary about the shareholdings of his new company???

Most private companies are $2.00 companies. It is a start up company with a huge multi million dollar contract being negotiated which was verified by the company. Apart from that it obviously has no assets apart from intellectual property. Seriously...does anyone actually own a private company? I do.

What do they mean when they say "when they discovered the rig was going overseas"? They knew that all along and even had an independent person of reputation who was with WS at the time of negotiations with the o/s parties verify that the offer was in fact genuine.

So what did they think was going to happen? WS was somehow going to steal his own rig?

So people can choose to back what ever horse they like and I sincerely hope we get the opportunity to have a parting of the ways with those that wish to be a part of the CLRS and what ever other plans Cygnet have for the company.
Not what I invested in and will be very happy if they can split the company and Globe Drill get a new board and we can get serious about drilling.

If that happens I for one will be extremely happy.
