Their were a number of factors and some times enough things change to motivate you to find a better solution for anything - a bit like moving Bank accounts or Credit Cards - initial effort, but it can better in the long term (or worse, but then we learn and move on again).
We have now found a local practice - We visited a few and had some brief general discussions and then settled on one that we were comfortable with. Receiving a follow up email before we had even returned home, indicates a good communication culture (you can read between the lines LOL).
