    Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the raising this time around was at 4 cents not a fourth of a cent. So that is about TEN TIMES the current SP. Sounds good to me..

    Did you all really miss read that?? Funds to be raised at TEN TIMES CURRENT SP..
