    You guys are forgetting one little minor component in your assumption.

    The Chinese never wanted EXT, they were forced via management through ASIC to make a downstream offer once they have more than 20%.

    That is why I believe we are better off if the Chinese get their 50%, without it they could just sit!

    Then what!!!!
