Fox to use BioHeap's bacterial leaching technology

Fox Resources Ltd (ASX code: FXR) has signed a heads of agreement with BioHeap Ltd, a subsidiary of Titan Resources Ltd (ASX code: TIR).
This agreement establishes the basis for cooperation and technical exchange between the companies as Fox advances the development
of its heap leach projects.
BioHeap has agreed to license the BioHeap proprietary bacterial leaching process to Fox's heap leach projects, allowing the company to further unlock the value of its Radio Hill, Sholl and Whundo projects in
the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
BioHeap's technical staff will work closely with Fox in the design, construction and commissioning of the heap leach operations and associated processing plant to ensure the projects are brought into
production on time.
BioHeap will then support the operating heaps on an as-required basis.
All the data generated by BioHeap during its $13.6 million, four-year successful pilot plant heap leach field trials on the Sholl ore at Radio Hill will be made available to Fox, along with any further BioHeap technology improvements.
